We are active in all transport sectors: rail, air and shipping. We act for the Dutch Rail Network operator in multiple cases and have also handled multiple shipbuilding mandates as counsel and arbitrators in specialist arbitration fora. Our team members contribute to the work (rules drafting committee) of the Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation and have handled aircraft (finance) disputes.
