Pleading Cases
We adapt our approach to the case at hand. In close cooperation with our clients, we forge a sound presentation of the facts and the law. We have extensive experience in arbitral and non-arbitral fora, inside and outside the Netherlands. We conduct our own advocay and take pride in that.
Evidence
Cases typically turn on facts and the presentation thereof. Evidence is thus key. In the realm of taking of evidence, traditions and legal norms vary considerably. We are adept at civil and common law techniques and hone our skills through our broad roster of cases and continuous eductation.
