Our team members have accepted mandates as arbitrators at the NAI, ICC, ICDR/AAA, UNUM, DIA and other institutes. Emergency and Expedited Arbitration
We hold particular expertise in fast track arbitration / expedited arbitration and emergency arbitration. In this area, we combine deep experience as counsel, academically (also through emperical research) and as arbitrators.
