Daphne is an experienced associate on the Enhance team. She holds a particular interest in public law, including investment arbitration. She obtained experience at Freshfields in Amsterdam and Paris and as research assistant at the University of Amsterdam, before joining the team. Daphne also acts as arbitral secretary in a high-value dispute under the NAI Rules of Arbitration.
